As the National President of IADS India, it’s truly rewarding to connect with some of the brightest, most dedicated dental students and professionals across the country. My vision for IADS India is to nurture a vibrant, connected community where future dentists discover the exciting possibilities that modern dentistry holds. IADS INDIA is dedicated to offering skill development avenues for students through webinars, seminars, hands-on workshops, and international conferences, & facilitating a variety of international experiences for Indian dental students by serving as the sole representative of India in the International Association of Dental Students, FDI. My journey with this esteemed organisation began approximately three years ago, starting with my involvement in the Rajasthan state team, leading me to this year in which I assumed the office of Vice President of the association, enhancing my focus on student welfare at a national scale. The association also connected me with the global dental student community by giving me the opportunity to participate in two distinct student exchange programs at dental universities in France and Egypt. Beyond these exchanges, the organisation enabled me to contribute to public health and student welfare on an international platform by providing me the opportunity to work in the International Workforce of IADS, wherein I served as an editorial board member and later as an exchange board member. Most recently, I became a member of International Executive Leadership by being elected to and assuming the position of the Ambassador of Asia Pacific Region in International Association of Dental Students. IADS INDIA takes pride in offering Indian dental students avenues for growth both nationally and internationally.
